GRITIZEN is a US-based services company focused on modernizing American manufacturing and combating its workforce problem from both ends.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with manufacturers to build practical tools around their people, knowledge, and operations - helping them modernize while inspiring the next generation of talent to see manufacturing as the future. We exist to do two things at once: upgrade the technology layer of American manufacturing, and help rebuild the pipeline of people who will run and eventually lead it.

As a wave of experienced workers retires and demand for skilled labor rises, we help manufacturers capture hard-won knowledge, modernize how their work gets done, and show the next generation that manufacturing is a career path worth choosing. Our mission is to revitalize American manufacturing and restore its status as one of the most modern, resilient, and inspiring industries to be a part of.
