- 6-Month Guided Module Journey: Our program is now a focused 6-month experience with monthly learning modules that provide structured topics, discussion prompts, and resources to deepen the mentor/mentee connection and accelerate professional growth.
- Exclusive Pre-Conference Workshop at the Fall Summit: Participants in the 2025-2026 mentorship program are highly encouraged to attend a dedicated Pre-Conference Mentorship Kick-Off Workshop hosted at the ISA Fall Summit, Nov. 3-5 in Memphis, TN. This hands-on, in-person training, along with participation in the Fall Summit with your mentor/mentee pairing, will greatly enhance your mentorship experience and overall professional development.

Program Fee: $195 per participant (includes access to all modules, the exclusive Pre-Conference Mentorship Kick-Off Workshop at the Fall Summit, and a $50 discount on registration to attend the Fall Summit.
