How It Works
Step 1: Apply: Submit your application to become a mentee or mentor. Tell us about your background, interests, and goals.
Step 2: Match: We'll pair you with a mentor or mentee based on your preferences and professional aspirations.
Step 3: Engage: Meet with your mentor or mentee at least once a quarter, either virtually or in person, and start your journey of growth and development.
Step 4: Thrive: Take advantage of resources, training, and support to maximize the benefits of your mentorship experience.

Pilot Program Fee:
For the pilot program, we are offering a discounted first-year program fee of $150 for mentees. Mentors can participate for free as they are generously donating their time.
