Event Registration Data Sharing Notice
When you register for an event, we may share your name, e-mail, company and job title with event sponsors to enhance your experience, unless you choose to opt out during registration.
Emerging Leaders Channel Certification
Emerging Leaders Channel Certification cancellations made before July 1, 2025, will incur a $250 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
Partial refunds and/or transfers for Fall Summit attendance will not be permitted if a member is withdrawn or does not complete the full certification requirements.
Fall Summit 2025
Registration: Cancellations must be made by Friday, October 3, 2025, and are subject to a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for event no-shows.
Hotel: Hotel reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to a 1-night stay as determined by the hotel.
Pre-Event Tours & Excursions: Please note that all pre-event tours and excursions are non-refundable.
Important Note for Service Providers: Service providers are encouraged to attend the Fall Summit, but must be an official sponsor in order to register - except for companies participating in ISA's Annual Partnership Program. WII Mentorship Program Agreement Statement
By participating in the WII Mentorship Program, I agree to the following terms:
- I commit to fully participating in the program for its six-month duration (November 2025-May 2026), engaging thoughtfully in discussions, activities, and monthly mentorship meetings.
- I will meet with my assigned mentor/mentee at least once per month for the 6-month period, either virtually or in person.
- I understand that the Mentor is responsible for initiating and organizing the first meeting, and all subsequent meetings will be scheduled as mutually agreed upon by both the Mentor and Mentee.
- I will provide and accept guidance, support, and feedback professionally and respectfully.
- I will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all discussions and information shared within the mentorship program. I understand the importance of protecting proprietary information and will avoid discussing any sensitive details, especially considering the presence of competitors in our industry.
- I will uphold the highest ethical and behavioral standards in all interactions.
- I will actively participate in any required training or meetings related to the mentorship program.
- I commit to providing feedback on the program to help improve future cohorts.
- If challenges arise or the mentorship match becomes unproductive, I will contact ISA staff or the WII Mentorship Committee for support and guidance.
